magar ai meri beti.. jab se dekha... maine tujhko, mujhko... shaayari aa gayi... Its amazing how children can bring to fore hidden talents in you... while I couldn't master the art of giving a bath... I guess, I am fast emerging as a force to reckon with in the field of infant sleep songs and poems...Arz kiya hai...
Papa ki godi mein leti hai,
Khoob cosy hai aur comfy hai,
Kabhi hansti hai kabhi roti hai,
Bahot cutie expression deti hai,
Sabse pyaari meri beti hai.
For past 2 weeks I was very busy in office and really could spend very limited time with my cutie pie. Invariably, whenever I reach home, I find Aanya to be in hyper mode full of energy and very active. At that point she loves to be held on the shoulder and roam around in the house. But before that i have to go through a daily ordeal. She loves to torment me with a specific blank stare as if asking...you look familiar but Do I know you?..this is more so when I am a little late from the office...I guess its a way of punishing me for being away for the entire day. Only way I can get in her good books again is when I sing her a song while roaming her in my arms throughout the apartment for at least an hour...and then she sleeps peacefully in my arms givings me a kind of satisfaction nothing can match.
One of my improvised songs she likes:
Soooo Jaaa... Jaaneman,
tu hi mera dil,
tujh bin tarse naina,
Saanson mein tu hai...
Hope I have been able to impress you all with my hidden talent the way I have been able to impress my daughter... :)
WELL WELL....IMPRESSED WITH YOUR SHAYARI... AND KHUSHI
